3 Enterprise Training Trends: What’s Ahead with Administrate

Patrick Flanagan

How It Started (for Administrate) Unlike the imposed slowdown of a global pandemic, sometimes you have to choose to slow down in order to speed up. This was the decision we made at Administrate in 2017. It took us slowing down so that we could focus on developing the best API-first platform available in learning technology. The choice was simple: a comprehensive, publicly available API was the only way to enable our customers to have the true learning technology ecosystem that enterprise training operations require.  Now, in 2021, it’s time to speed up again and we’re so excited about addressing some of the trends in today’s market. In this post, I want to touch on three emerging trends we’re seeing and challenge you to think about them a bit.

Microsoft Teams Integration Now Live in Administrate

By Troy Michels
A Seamless Integration with Full Functionality Digital transformation is upon us. Many training programs have had to juggle training in response to people working from home and this response has had wide-sweeping impacts on the way training operations deliver courses to learners. In-person instructor-led training classroom settings have largely been replaced with virtual classrooms–and virtual instructor-led training–and enterprise learning and development teams have had to adapt the way they reach their learners with critical training.

Welcome to Training Management & COVID-19: Solutions for the Coronavirus Pandemic – a series of interviews with enterprise training leaders from around the world who are adapting the way they work. They’ll share some of the scenarios they’re facing, identity best practices, what’s working and what’s not, and we’re hopefully going to laugh a lot along the way as well.  My name is John Peebles, CEO of Administrate, and today I have long-time customer Kevin Streater, the Vice President of ForgeRock University, on the line. Their training program supports internal employees, partners, and customers in learning about, and implementing, ForgeRock’s identity management solutions. We talk about how he and his team, through thoughtful, consistent investment in learning infrastructure, have found themselves uniquely prepared to deal with unexpected challenges. We also talk about how much I hate live demos, something Kevin has consistently subjected me to over the years. Before you pop in your earbuds, be sure to subscribe to our blog to stay connected for future episodes. We’ll be publishing part four of our series next week! All the best to you and your team as you navigate these rapidly changing times. John PeeblesCEO of Administrate

My name is John Peebles, CEO of Administrate, and today I have Julia Rosenthal from TÜV SÜD in Germany on the line. TÜV SÜD runs a growing and global training operation that includes countries like Italy, which has sadly been hit hard by the coronavirus. We talk about how her and her team have managed significant changes to their training operations in the wake of Europe grappling with the spread of the disease, the steps they took to prepare of the inevitable shutdown of their training centers, and how they are providing their instructors with unique ways to still engage with learners.
